Redesigned and rebuilt the Agnosys Health website, then developed ImmuneHome—a paediatric vaccination booking platform where parents can manage child profiles, select vaccines, schedule visits, and pay through Paystack. An internal dashboard supports vaccine, schedule, pricing, and transaction management.
Overview
Agnosys Health is a paediatric-care platform focused on making essential childhood healthcare more convenient for families.
The engagement began with a full redesign of the existing website to create a clearer, more modern experience for parents. With that foundation in place, I then built ImmuneHome: a vaccination booking platform that takes families from child details through vaccine selection, scheduling, and payment.

The redesign created a stronger digital front door for the brand—one that better communicates its paediatric-care offering and gives parents a direct path to book a vaccination service.
Website Redesign
The new website was designed around a simple, family-focused experience. It introduces Agnosys Health’s care offering, explains its paediatric services, and gives visitors a clear route to book vaccinations or connect with the care team.
The redesign includes:
- A refreshed, responsive visual identity

- Dedicated paediatric-care content

Building ImmuneHome
After redesigning the website, I built ImmuneHome, Agnosys Health’s online childhood-vaccination booking experience.
Instead of relying on disconnected calls, forms, and follow-ups, parents can complete the booking process in one guided flow.
A guided parent journey
Parents can:
- Create profiles for one or more children
- Select the required vaccines
- Choose an available vaccination location and visitation day
- Review vaccine costs and service charges
- Complete payment through Paystack
The flow validates required information at each step and preserves progress while a parent moves between child details, vaccine selection, scheduling, and checkout.
Operations dashboard
The platform also includes an internal dashboard for the Agnosys team to run the service efficiently. Staff can manage:
- The vaccine catalogue
- Vaccination locations and active visitation days
- Service charges by location
- Payment transactions and their statuses
- Booking information connected to each transaction
Technical Implementation
The frontend is built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and Zod. The interface is responsive and designed to make a potentially complex healthcare journey feel straightforward.
The backend uses Hono on Cloudflare Workers with Cloudflare D1 for data storage. It handles the application’s authentication, vaccine catalogue, vaccination schedules, bookings, and transactions. The checkout flow creates a booking, calculates the final amount on the server, initializes payment, and redirects the parent to Paystack’s hosted payment page.
Outcome
The work transformed Agnosys Health from a marketing website into a more complete digital care platform. Families now have a clearer path to discover the service and arrange vaccinations, while the operations team has one place to manage the data and workflows that support every booking.
