About
I have over 6 years of experience developing reliable software and am currently pursuing a Computer Science degree. I’ve led and developed software used by the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) and the Gates Foundation to manage and monitor automatic weather stations across Nigeria and Kenya. I’m primarily a Backend and Machine Learning Engineer, but I’m also interested in distributed systems design, user experience, and automated testing. I can also help build out your infrastructure, along with related MLOps, DevOps, and SRE work.

I've worked on a variety of projects, from simple websites to complex web applications. Here are a few of my favorites.
Redesigned and rebuilt the Agnosys Health website, then developed ImmuneHome—a paediatric vaccination booking platform where parents can manage child profiles, select vaccines, schedule visits, and pay through Paystack. An internal dashboard supports vaccine, schedule, pricing, and transaction management.
Redesigned and rebuilt the First Class Muslim Foundation website with clearer navigation, a responsive interface, and stronger SEO foundations. The new experience makes it easier to explore scholarships and programmes, understand the foundation’s impact, and find ways to donate or volunteer.
I like building things
During my time in university, I attended 3+ hackathons. People from around the country would come together and build incredible things in 2-3 days. It was eye-opening to see the endless possibilities brought to life by a group of motivated and passionate individuals.
Pan-African Assistive Technology Workshop (AFRETEC) - 3rd Place – ₦1M Prize
University of Lagos, Nigeria
Built Amebo — a crowdsourced accessibility layer over the Lagos map for pedestrians with disabilities: users report accessible infrastructure (ramps, wheelchair-friendly bus stops) and live hazards (open gutters, broken pavement), and the app responds with inclusive multi-modal alerts — voice guidance for visually impaired users and text notifications for deaf and hard-of-hearing users. Placed 3rd out of 9 teams at UNILAG's pan-African assistive technology innovation challenge (AFRETEC Network), winning ₦1M from the ₦4.5M Theseabilities Foundation prize pool.
Amala Hackathon - Winner
Lagos, Nigeria
Built Amala Atlas, a crowdsourced global map for discovering authentic Amala spots, with community reviews and an autonomous scraping agent that finds and geocodes new locations daily.
FloodLink (IEEE Region 8 Climate Challenge) - First Prize
Bari, Italy
Designed a disaster-resilient communication system leveraging a mesh network architecture to ensure effective communication in flood-prone areas.
